These General Terms of Use govern your access and use of the Qulture application, including all features and services offered.

By downloading, accessing, or using Qulture, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you are not authorized to use Qulture.

Access and Use

Qulture is accessible to users without age restrictions. The application offers free quizzes as well as premium features, including access to exclusive quizzes and ad removal, available through a paid subscription.

Application Content

All content presented on Qulture, including quiz questions, illustrations, and anecdotes, is protected by copyright and belongs to Martin Berbesson or his licensors. You agree not to use, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the content of Qulture without explicit authorization from the owner.

User Accounts

Users can access Qulture without creating an account. However, some features, such as the premium pack, may require registering an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some quizzes are part of the “premium” pack, which also removes ads from the application. Details regarding subscription fees, payment methods, and cancellation policies will be provided at the time of purchase.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Martin Berbesson, his subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, and employees, from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use and access to Qulture; (ii) your violation of any term of these General Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

Complete Agreement

These General Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Martin Berbesson regarding the use of Qulture, superseding any prior agreement between you and Martin Berbesson.
